E Series Water Vapor Adsorption Measurement Device

Water vapor adsorption measurement device that continuously varies relative humidity to measure weight changes due to water vapor adsorption and desorption of the sample, automating the adsorption isotherm measurement.

When evaluating the moisture adsorption process of a substance, the relationship between the equilibrium moisture content of the substance and relative humidity, represented by the water vapor adsorption isotherm, is important, and it is necessary to measure this. The Japanese Pharmacopoeia also describes the adsorption-desorption isotherm measurement method. The water vapor adsorption measurement device of the E series automatically sets relative humidity and temperature, measuring the weight change due to the sample's water vapor adsorption and desorption with extremely high precision, automating the adsorption isotherm measurement. At the same time, it can record changes in the appearance characteristics of the sample using the built-in camera that is standard equipment. Additionally, by connecting FTIR or RAMAN probes, it is also possible to analyze the water vapor adsorption and desorption characteristics simultaneously with weight changes and spectral analysis.

Dynamic Vapor Sorption Measurement Device 'DVS Resolution'

Capable of accurate and stable humidity delivery! Introduction of a dynamic water vapor adsorption measurement device.

The "DVS Resolution" is a dynamic vapor sorption measurement device that can accurately control and measure temperature and relative humidity while recording the highest resolution mass changes. The digital mass flow controller adjusts the flow of dry gas and saturated gas. Samples can be preheated and dried on-site at temperatures up to 300°C. Furthermore, the sample chamber and the generation of water vapor are in a thermal equilibrium state at a single temperature within an incubator (constant temperature chamber), allowing operation in the temperature range of 5 to 85°C without condensation. 【Features】 ■ Vapor generation and delivery at sample temperature ■ Standard stability at 25°C is ±0.02°C ■ Accurate and stable humidity delivery is possible ■ Uses dry carrier gas *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Multi-sample dynamic vapor sorption measurement device 'DVS Endeavour'

Real-time partial pressure measurement! A 5X parallel gravitational adsorption analysis device that can measure 5 samples simultaneously.

The "DVS Endeavour" is a multi-sample dynamic vapor sorption measurement device that accurately controls and measures temperature and relative humidity while recording the highest resolution changes in mass for up to five samples. Using ultrasonic sensors from Surface Measurement Systems (patent pending), it can directly measure the partial pressure of organic vapors. In a typical experiment, known concentrations of water vapor or organic vapor are supplied to the sample placed inside the sample dish. 【Features】 ■ Simultaneous measurement of 5 samples ■ Reaction rates of organic vapor and water vapor adsorption ■ Organic vapor adsorption under fixed RH background ■ Real-time partial pressure measurement and control ■ Water vapor adsorption isotherms from 5 to 85°C *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
